アッサラームアレイクム！

Assalamualaikum!

残念ながら、今回がハラールライフでの最後のコラムとなってしまいました。

昨年の10月から今までの間、私のコラムを読んでいただき、本当にありがとうございました。

Unfortunately, this time is my last column on HALAL LIFE. Thank you very much for reading my columns since I started to write them from October.

これから個人インスタグラムやブログなどのSNSでは情報発信を続けていくつもりです。

インシャアッラー。

最後のコラムは、前回に引き続き、

イスラームの勉強をする上で重要なことについて書きたいと思います。

I’ll continue to write about important things when we study Islam.

5) 知識を自分だけのものにしない 

    Don’t make your knowledge only for yourself.

イスラームの勉強は、自分の知識を増やすことがメインになりますが、

それは自分だけのものにするためではないのです。

イスラームにおける知識は、イスラームの先生と生徒という関係の上で伝えられてきています。知識あるものから知識ないものへとチェーンをつなげていくことは預言者ﷺの時代から今も変わっていないのです。

Increasing your knowledge is a main thing for studying Islam, but the knowledge is not only for yourself. Knowledge in Islam is always taught by teachers to students. Connecting this chain from those who have knowledge to those who don’t doesn’t change since the era of the Prophet ﷺ.

だからといって、私は「イスラームの勉強をしたものは全員教壇に立つ先生になれ」と言っているわけではありません。ここでいう先生とは、知識をもつものという意味ですから、家の中で子どもたちにイスラームの知識をもって教育することも立派なイスラームの先生しての役目となるわけです。

However, I don’t say that you all should be teachers in school. 

Teachers I write here mean people who have knowledge. 

So, teaching our children about Islam in our house is also an important rule as a Islamic “teacher”.

イスラームの知識をつけ、自分のものだけにせず、人へと広げていけば、私たちが亡くなっても、知識だけは私たちがあたかも生きているかのように残り続けていきます。

例えば、イスラームに関する本を書いたりすれば、自分がなくなった後もたくさんの人に知識を分け与え広がり、残り続けていきますよね。

本を書くまでできなくても、子どもたちに知識を教えて、彼らが成長して家族をつくり、孫の世代へ伝えていくということをしていけば、私たちの知識は絶えることなく続いていきます。

マシャアッラー。

If we increase our knowledges of Islam and share them to people, they will leave in the word as if we are alive even though we pass away.

For example, if you write Islam books, it will share knowledge to people and leave in this world after our death.

Even though we can’t publish the books, if we teach our children and they make own family and teach our grandchildren, our knowledge will keep continuing. 

MashaAllah.

イスラームの勉強に終わりはありません。

一生勉強です。

勉強で使う書くこと、読むことはアッラーがクルアーンの啓示と共に初めに命じたことです。

私たちはアッラーから与えられたこの能力を存分に生かしながら、ムスリムとして努力し続けたいですね。

インシャアッラー。

Studying Islam doesn’t have end. 

We need to study it forever. 

Allah commanded the Prophet to read and write with revelation of Quran. 

I hope we try to do our best with this abilities which Allah bestowed us.

20:114 - ربِّ زِدْنِي عِلْماً

主よ、わたしのイルム（知識）を深めてください。

My Lord, increase me in knowledge.
