改宗ムスリムの人生（26）

アッサラームアレイクム！

Assalamualaikum!

前回の続き　＞＞＞

三年目になると、いつまでも「ニュームスリムだから」と言っていられないという気持ちが強くなりました。

これを理由にアッラーの義務に従えない職場環境に居続けることをこれ以上できないと思いました。

そして、私自身のイスラームの知識が低いことに気づいていました。

このような日々を過ごす中でついにドゥアーが受け入れられ、夫婦で英国に引っ越すことになりました。

In my 3rd year, the feeling that I can’t say I am still a new Muslim was getting stronger. 

I thought that I couldn’t be in the work environment which didn’t allow me to follow the commands of Allah.

I also noticed that my knowledge of Islam was low.

During these days, my du’a was accepted by Allah as we moved to the UK together.

正直に言うと、結婚して二人とも日本に住んでいましたし、もし将来機会があれば、中東や東南アジアなどムスリムマジョリティーの国でイスラームを勉強することになるのかなと想像していた私はまさか、ムスリムマイノリティの英国でイスラーム学を学ぶと思っていませんでした。

しかし、アッラーの計画です。

私がサラーとドゥアーをした結果、ここに来て勉強することになったのですから一番ベストな道だということを信じています。

アルハムドリッラー。

To be honest, we lived in Japan after marriage and I thought that I might be going to Muslim Majority countries such as Middle East and Southeast Asia to study Islam if I have a chance.

I didn’t expect that I would be a student of knowledge in the UK where is a Muslim minority country.

But this is a plan of Allah. 

I believe that this path is the best because it was a result after I performed prayers and made du’a. 

Alhamdulillah.

来る前は英国についてあまり知らなかったのですが、イスラーム研究の最先端の国の一つですし、ムスリムのコミュニティもあり、イスラーム教育機関もたくさんあります。

私は、ムスリムマイノリティの国に対する偏見（住みづらいなど）をなくすために日本以外の国でもムスリムとして生活してみたいなと思っていました。

英国は日本とはまた違った雰囲気のムスリムマイノリティの国ですので、そういう意味でもとても良い場所に来たと感じています。

Before I came here, I didn’t know about the UK very much. 

However. this country is one of developed countries for Islamic research. 

It also has Muslim communities and Islamic institutes.

I wanted to live as a Muslim in other Muslim Minority countries. 

The UK is a Muslim minority country which has different atmosphere from Japan, so I feel that I came to a good place.

そんな感じで、今日も主婦をやりながら、コラムを書きながら、イスラームの勉強に励んでいます！

Like this, I am doing housework, writing a column and studying Islam now!
